Our work includes, in particular:

  • Preventive advice, alongside our tax advisory work, to anticipate and reduce disputes with the Tax Authority or Social Security.
  • Preparing and following up requests for binding rulings, and assisting clients during tax audits and inspections.

Administrative tax procedures

  • Representation of domestic and foreign clients in the various administrative tax and social security procedures, including administrative complaints, hierarchical appeals, requests for review of the tax base, requests for reassessment of contribution status and claims for refunds of taxes or contributions.
  • Support in out-of-court procedures for the settlement of tax and social security debts.

Judicial and arbitral litigation

  • Representation of domestic and foreign clients in judicial and arbitral tax proceedings before the tax courts and arbitral tribunals.
  • Handling European Union law issues raised in tax disputes, including whether domestic rules comply with European Union law and proceedings before the Court of Justice of the European Union.

Tax enforcement
